"Had an issue with a rear window on a 2018 Ford Fusion. Made a number of calls to some of the more "well known" places and never received a response other than a form letter email indicating they received my request. Glassferd called me back within an hour, gave me a quote with a very reasonable price and we had it scheduled for later that morning. Technician came to my home to conduct the work. He was very skilled and knowledgable, gave me details into the warranty information, instructions for what to do/not do over the course of the following 48/72 hours and we had the window replaced quickly.
